  • Mental/cognitive impairment:
Bayonetta starts very chaotically. The protagonist named Bayonetta, which the player controls, falls of a huge mountain fighting demonic looking angel like creatures, while a voice tells you the background story of an ancient war in a fictional place. Impossible to comprehend.
When that’s finisht, a tutorial is started. Here you learn all the different fighting combo’s. Only 2 buttons are used so it’s quiet easy, button mashing will do. The menu to this game is neat and understandable and easy to read. The purpose of the game is clear, if you understand the story or not, just kill the enemies. Since there is a lot of fighting involved, the content can be seen as traumatising.

    Physical impairment:
The controls can’t be remapped. The game is impossible to play with one hand on a regular controller since all the buttons are used for multiple actions. But if you have your own one handed controller it would be possible to play this game on your console using Titan One: http://game-accessibility.com/2015/10/22/titan-one/

    Hearing impairment:
Subtitles are in the game on default. The font is read easily. There’s no information you miss out on with an hearing impairment like incomming attacks etc.
