Reviews

  • Mental/cognitive impairment.
A starting menu with 5 enormous buttons is the screen you see when the game is set up, with smash being the biggest button. Once pressed you’re already at character selection so it’s very easy to play a match. There is barely any text and the text that is there is easily readable and isn’t complex. When fighting against CPU’s, their difficulty can be selected from 1-10. It’s fun and to play even when you’re just button bashing and not completely sure what you’re doing.

    Physical impairment:
The controls can totally be remapped freely. It might not be impossible to play with one hand although you might miss some butttons. But if you have your own one handed controller it would be possible to play this game on your console using Titan One: http://game-accessibility.com/2015/10/22/titan-one/

    Visual impairment:
The game can be played colourblind. Playing this game when you’re completely blind is impossible. The fonts are a bit varying, important things are in in a huge font, less important words/info are small.

    Hearing impairment:
It’s no problem playing this game. There’s barely any word spoken in this game.
